Our shoulder part has a wide and versatile range of motion in our daily life. Once something goes wrong with the shoulder, it hampers our ability to move freely and may cause a great pain and discomfort while we are using our arms and fingers. Therefore, we came up the idea to make this shoulder brace for some help.
Firstly, as a shoulder brace, it could be used to support our shoulder during rehabilitation. Secondly, heat and cold therapy could be very helpful to relieve the pain and discomfort. There is a mesh bag on this shoulder brace and could attach an ice pad (size range 5"x7.5", not included) to the shoulder to help reduce inflammation and pain. When the pain and inflammation have improved, the built-in heating pad may help relax tight and sore muscles. Recommend 15 to 20 minutes at a time for heat or cold therapy. ​


3 heating mode as below:
  • White light: lowest - temperature range 40℃/104℉ to 50℃/122℉
  • Blue light: medium - temperature range 50℃/122℉ to 60℃/140℉
  • Red light: highest - temperature range 60℃/140℉ to 70℃/158℉
  • There will be 2-4 ℃ of error with different measuring machines and measure position.

    Washing Instructions
    1. Washed by hands, please do not washed by machine.
    2. Do not wring it vigorously.
    3. Do not be exposed to the sun, firing or iron to avoid damage the insulator of heating conductor.
    Warm Tips
      Do always remember to go to a doctor first. Please do not use this information for self-diagnosis. Shoulder braces are just helpful aids, not treatment nor cure method, it just eases pain. If heating pad is damaged, please STOP using immediately.


      1. Do not use during sleep to avoid burns. It's recommended to wear the shoulder brace above a T-shirt or cloth to avoid burns. Skin redness is normal for heat therapy.
      2. Do not use over 30 minutes a time. Please pay attention to control the temperature range for needs. It's NOT recommended to use the highest(red light) for a long time. The most suitable temperature is about 110℉- 140℉.
      3. You should turn power off when not in use. Wait until cool down and keep in cool dry place.
      4. Do not modify the heating film and control circuit, to prevent man-made damage to hot components.
